Welcome to TagOut.ai! These Terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using our service. By signing up, you agree to them.

1. What We Do

TagOut.ai helps athletes connect with college coaches by:

  • Letting you pick colleges you’re interested in.
  • Finding coach contact info.
  • Allowing you to connect your YouTube, Instagram, X.com, and email accounts.
  • Uploading and posting your content on your behalf to those accounts.
  • Tagging and emailing relevant coaches as you direct.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • Content ownership: You must have rights to the videos, photos, and text you upload.
  • Coach outreach: Don’t spam, harass, or misuse contact info.
  • Account security: Keep your login safe and don’t share it with others.
  • Compliance: Follow the rules of YouTube, Instagram, X.com, email providers, and all applicable laws.

3. Our Role

  • We provide the tools, but you control what gets posted or emailed.
  • We don’t guarantee coach responses, recruiting outcomes, or email deliverability.
  • We’re not responsible for content removed or accounts suspended by third-party platforms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • TagOut.ai is offered on a subscription basis.
  • Payments are handled securely through our payment processor.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • No refunds are guaranteed unless required by law.

5. Age Requirements

You must be 13 years or older to use TagOut.ai.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms,
  • Abuse the service, or
  • Break the law.

You may also close your account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TagOut.ai is not liable for any damages from using (or not being able to use) the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms or our Privacy Policy. If we do, we’ll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use means you accept the changes.
